In 2011, Bailey obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from The Medical College of GA. She worked in Oncology at MCG in the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit for 2 years and decided to go back to school in 2013. Bailey graduated with a Doctor of Nursing Practice—Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2016. She currently holds certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and currently works as a Nurse Practitioner for Taylor Express Care.

Bailey has been married to her husband Tagg for six years and they have a beautiful daughter. She also loves to spend time with her 2 rescue pups and enjoys being outdoors.
