Dr. Baggett obtained his undergraduate degree at Duke University before attending medical school at Emory University in Atlanta. Following medical school he completed his residencey at Emory Affiliated Hospitals in the Atlanta Area. Dr. Baggett is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and he has been in practice at Taylor Regional Hospital since March 1997.

Dr. Baggett is the team physician for the Hawkinsville Red Devils. He and his wife reside in Hawkinsville and have four children.
